It is not easy to support a large vase, especially in the delicate operation of emptying.
The universal steady rest can mount this set of arms with an extension of 250 mm and is very useful for providing support when turning medium to large pots.
We recommend using 2 arms from the standard version on the extruded column, placing them behind the workpiece, and these two extended ones in front of the workpiece.
If you need to turn even larger bowl-shaped vases, you can try using two lunettes, one in front of the workpiece and one behind, in combination with the extended arms.
